24/7 GYM MEMBERSHIP

Our full-service fitness facility has state of the art equipment with an exclusive feel that you expect from a private gym. You will have access to the gym 24 hours a day / 7 days a week with the security of a locked facility with video surveillance.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Corrective exercise combines the scientific principles of human physiology, physics, and biomechanics to address an individual’s specific physical and biochemical needs. Corrective exercise is meant to remedy the cumulative results of stresses placed on the body, helping to restore and maintain posture, balance, mobility, and stability, which allows the body to move freely and without pain.

REHABILITATION

Recovery from surgery, unexplained pain, joint replacement, and chronic pain can be frustrating, lengthy and costly. Our Post Rehab and Physical Therapy program focuses on joint mobility, muscle strength, flexibility, and manual therapy to correct any imbalances you may have. By doing this, we take a holistic approach to your body’s recovery to enable you to improve function while having a better quality of life.

FITNESS PROGRAM

When you step foot in our Greenwood gym, you will never have to worry about what workout you are going to do next or where you are with your progress. With our custom 148 mobile app, we can help keep you accountable to your goals. The app lets us track your workouts and nutrition, along with scheduling and keeping up with events and group classes we have to offer! Your personalized profile lets us attach workouts, meal plans, and schedules to your account which will give you everything you need to be successful.

HYBRID PERSONAL TRAINING

Want personal training but without the price tag!? Then hybrid personal training is for you. This is a class of 1 to 6 people where a certified personal trainer will guide you through a workout. They will coach on form, ask about your nutrition, as well as help track your progress. This is done by scheduling a time with a trainer or coming in during our open semi-private times.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

The group classes at our Greenwood gym feature a HIIT style workout. Our workouts consist of cardio and weight training and are structured in a circuit style format.

Personal Training

Personal training with 148 Wellness gets you 1 on 1 time with a personal trainer where we focus on everything that has to do with your goals and expectations. Nutrition all the way to rehabbing any aches or pains you may have to help improve your quality of life. We track your progress using a FIT3D scanner to see every change your body may encounter.

NUTRITION COACHING

We provide nutritional coaching and monitoring with our 148 app. This allows us to monitor your nutrition along with making changes even if you are at home! We keep you accountable by checking to make sure you log your food, so we can help you be as successful as possible.
